I am a freelance architectural designer, with great love and passion for what I do. ARCHITECTURAL RENDERINGS
Need to see what your project will look like before it’s built? I can create life like 3d photo realistic renderings of the exterior & interior of your home or other to give you an excellent visualization before you make that big investment cutting out the guess work in return saving you time and cost.

Once 3d model is created it’s easy to apply different materials, colors, such as brick, stone, siding, tile, wall colors, sample different doors, windows, cabinets and roof styles. I have a large library of colors and materials or you can send your own samples you prefer in a jpeg format and I can apply them as well.

You can choose from Basic renderings, showing default colors, materials and detail to get an idea of what the project looks like to High end renderings showing requested feature, materials colors and details
PRE-DESIGNED HOUSE PLANS
If you’re in the market to build a new home and you’re looking for a house plan, check out my collection line of pre-designed custom homes complete with photo realistic exterior and interior renderings to give you an excellent visualization prior to building.

If you find a plan but would to make a few changes to fit your needs, I also offer modification services as well to both house plans and renderings with the renderings, you can experiment by swapping colors, materials, features etc. I store a large library of colors and materials but if you have your own, you can send to me in jpeg format and I can apply them on the renderings.
AS-BUILT SURVEYS
If you’re planning to remodel, need square footage calculations for leasing, rental handouts or other for an existing residential or commercial space and don’t have existing accurate plans , for the Houston and surrounding areas I can come out to and perform an as-built survey to sketch and record space for room measurements, mechanical, lighting & power ceiling grids to show exact placement of rooms, cabinets, windows etc. for current or future projects
