HOURLY DESIGN RATE

THIS RATE WILL APPLY ON ANY SERVICES THAT CANNOT BE ESTIMATED AND OR FIGURED INTO ESTIMATE SUCH AS DRAWINGS DESIGN TIME EXCEEDING THE FIRST REVISION OR TIME LIMIT IN REVISION/DESIGN CHANGES, MEETINGS, PROJECT WAITING TIME, TRAVEL ETC. ANY ADDITIONAL TIME OF SERVICES PERFORMED NOT FIGURED IN ESTIMATE. (SEE CONTRACT AGREEMENT FOR MORE DETAILS.)

NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS & MODIFICATIONS:I

THERE'S A MIN. OF $1500.00. THIS COVERS UP TO 1,000 SQUARE FEET. OVER $1,000 SQUARE FEET, THERE'S AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $1.50 PER SQUARE FOOT. THIS COST COMES WITH A ONE TIME REVISION WITH A TIME LIMIT OF X AMOUNT OF HOURS, OVER THE TIME LIMIT THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $75.00 PER HOUR CHARGE TO CONTINUE MAKING CHANGES/DESIGN WORK. A RETAINER FEE OF 60% DOWN IS REQUIRED ON ESTIMATED COST OF PROJECT. (SEE ESTIMATE FOR MORE DETAIL.) DRAWINGS INCLUDE: 3D OVERVIEW,CONSTRUCTION FLOOR & EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS PLANS, INTERIOR ELEVATIONS, SECTION VIEWS IF NEEDED, LIGHTING & ELECTRICAL PLAN, ROOF PLAN, DOOR& WINDOW SCHEDULES, GENERAL NOTES AND DETAILS AND MASTER CAD FILE.

MINIMUM OF $1,500.00 UP TO 1,000 SQUARE FEET OF AREA OF CONSTRUCTION OVER 1,000 SQUARE FEET THERE'S AN ADDITIONAL 1.50 PER SQUARE FEET ADDITIONAL CHARGE. SMALLER STRUCTURES, SUCH AS: GARAGES, CARPORTS, OUTDOOR KITCHENS ETC. WILL HAVE A MIN. OF $550.00 UP TO 360 SQUARE FEET. OVER 360 SQUARE FEET THERE AND ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $1.50. DRAWINGS INCLUDE: 3D OVERVIEW,CONSTRUCTION FLOOR & EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS PLANS, INTERIOR ELEVATIONS, SECTION VIEWS IF NEEDED, LIGHTING & ELECTRICAL PLAN, ROOF PLAN, DOOR& WINDOW SCHEDULES, GENERAL NOTES AND DETAILS AND MASTER CAD FILE.

AS-BUILT SURVEY

IF CLIENT DOESN'T HAVE A CURRENT FLOOR PLAN OF EXISTING HOUSE OR SPACE WITH EXACT MEASUREMENTS AND SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE HOUSE, THIS SERVICE IS NEEDED, FOR RE-DESIGN, REMODEL OR NEW ADDITION OF HOME OR STRUCTURE. FIELD MEASUREMENTS OF STRUCTURE. THERE'S A MIN. OF $750.00 OVER 2,150, THERE'S AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF .35 CENTS PER SQUARE FOOT. THIS INCLUDES GOING OUT TO PROJECT LOCATION, TAKING PICTURES OF EXTERIOR/INTERIOR, TAKING ARCHITECTURAL MEASUREMENTS, OF WALLS, DOOR, WINDOWS, CABINETS, FIXTURES. CREATING A SKETCH BY RECORDING STRUCTURE AS IS FOR REMODELING, ADDITION ETC. A MIN DOWN PAYMENT/RETAINER FEE WILL BE REQUIRED TO START PROJECT. (SEE ESTIMATE FOR MORE DETAIL)

PAYMENT FOR SERVICES​
​
ALL ESTIMATES WILL REQUIRE EITHER A 60% DOWN OR 100% DOWN PAYMENT DEPENDING ON PROJECT TYPE, SIZE OR SERVICES. THIS PAYMENT ACTS AS A RETAINER FEE AND WILL BE FIGURED BY DIVIDING THE GOING HOURLY RATE INTO DOWN PAYMENT ALLOWING X NUMBER OF HOURS TO WORK ON THE PROJECT. ONCE THE HOURS ARE EQUAL TO THE DOWN PAYMENT, THERE WILL BE THE HOURLY CHARGE IN ADDITION TO CONTINUE THE PROJECT. CUBE MAY REQUEST PAYMENT FOR ADDITIONAL CHARGES NOT FIGURED IN.AT ANY TIME. CUBE RECORDS THE ADDITIONAL DESIGN/REVISION TIME PER EACH REVISION AND SENDS TO CLIENT WITH THE DRAWINGS TO REVIEW. EACH MODIFICATION IS WHAT'S CALLED REVISION AND IS LABELED PER EACH CHANGE AND REVIEW AS R1, R2 ETC.

2.) ONCE YOU GET THE DRAWINGS, YOU CAN USE THE PLANS TO MARK ON AND SHOW THE CHANGES, REDUCTION OR ADDITION ON THE EXISTING PLAN DESIGN. THERE WILL BE A FLAT RATE/ RETAINER FEE WITH A TIME LIMIT BASED ON THE DIFFICULTY OF THE REVISIONS TO THE HOUSE PLANS. OVER THE TIME LIMIT THERE WILL BE AN HOURLY RATE THAT WILL APPLY SO TO CUT DOWN ON THE GUESS WORK AND REVISION TIME IT'S BEST YOU SUPPLY ME WITH AS MUCH INFORMATION ON THE CHANGES AS POSSIBLE. SUCH AS A SKETCH (SKETCH OR PLAN) DOESN'T HAVE TO BE PERFECT JUST LEGIBLE PROVIDING THE FOLLOWING: DIMENSIONS, ROOM SIZES, ROOM ARRANGEMENT, WINDOW, DOOR SIZES AND TYPES, CEILING HEIGHTS/TYPES IF YOU HAVE AN IDEA OF TYPES OF WINDOWS, MATERIALS SUCH BRICK, STUCCO, STONE YOU CAN SEND IMAGES ETC. IF YOU HAVE A SQUARE FOOTAGE LIMIT AN NOT SURE YOU'LL GO OVER IT WITH AN ADDITION TO THE PLANS, IT'S BEST YOU LABEL THE ROOM FROM PRIORITY TO LEAST PRIORITY SO IF HAVE TO SQUEEZE THE DESIGN INTO SPECIFIED SQUARE FOOTAGE BY TAKE OUT OR SIZING DOWN ROOM, I WILL START WITH LEAST PRIORITY IN TAKING OUT ROOMS OR SIZING DOWN. THIS CAN SAVE A LOT OF TIME GETTING THE PLAN TO WHERE YOU WANT IT.

3.) YOU CAN EMAIL THE PLANS TO ME OR IF YOU PREFER TO SCHEDULE A MEETING, WE CAN DO THAT AS WELL. FIRST MEETING THERE'S NO CHARGE ADDITIONAL MEETING AND HOURLY RATE AND VEHICLE SERVICE CHARGE WILL APPLY. FOR THE MOST PART IF YOU'RE ON A BUDGET AND WANTING TO SAVE MONEY, I DO MOST OF MY SERVICE VIA INTERNET.

4.) ONCE I RECEIVE THE RED LINE CHANGES, I CAN REVIEW AND SENT YOU AN ESTIMATE.

5.)BEFORE I CAN START THE PROJECT, I WILL NEED THE ESTIMATE SIGNED AND DATED AND THE REQUIRED RETAINER FEE. I I TAKE CHECKS OR ONLINE CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS. ONCE PAID, I CAN START THE PROJECT. SEE THE FOLLOWING RATES BELOW:

DEPENDING ON WHERE YOU'RE BUILDING, IT'S BEST TO CHECK WITH THE CITY, H.O.A. ETC. TO INSURE DRAWINGS PASS TO CODE REQUIREMENTS. MASTER CAD FILE IS PROVIDED FOR FUTURE MODIFICATIONS. DRAWING WILL REQUIRE STANDARD ENGINEERING.

BECAUSE THESE DRAWINGS HAVE AN UNLIMITED COPY NATURE, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON THIS PRODUCT.
