HOURLY RATE: (Recommended)

Based on the square footage of the project for small structures there’s a minimum of $1,850 down as a retainer fee allowing up to 11 hours to redraft structure as estimated, time exceeding 11 hours there will be an additional hourly charge of $75.00 per hour.

FLATE RATE:

​

On house plans above 2,000 square foot and over there’s a 60% retainer fee required down based on a $1.50 per square foot. So a 2,000 square foot home would require $1,800.00 down to start project out of $3,000 estimated project. This allows client a onetime revision limited to 6 hours for client to make any redesign changes or have any design work done. Additional design work or revisions will have the $75.00 per hour charge to continue services.

Additional time maybe need depending on several unknown factors such as plans to scale, design difficulties in making the design work, revision request by client, city and how legible and how much information client provides and or city. Client may want to check with city/county they are building in if they are in the flood zone. If so more information may be needed to pass
