This is one of my Mediterranean designs, that is a top seller, I've made a few other designs that I did for clients, ranging between 5,000 sqft living to 9,000 sqft living. and will be uploading as time allows. You can see the other designs, under more plans, they are priced much higher because they are unfinished concept design plans and need to be turned into a complete set of construction drawings, once done, I will reduce the price to match the cost of this , based on the living square footage. If you see one of my unfinished concept designs you're interested in, I can convert the plans, to construction. The cost shown on the plans, are the cost to convert them to construction plans, any changes will be at the current rate $75.00 per hour with a min. retainer fee of 10 hours or $750.00 down to start project. Cost and rates are subject to change. The same goes for all the concept plans.
